Programme Manager
Bharathi Bhat is a development professional with over 11 years of experience in community development and social impact. Since joining Prashanti Foundation in 2024, she has been supporting programmes that promote inclusive education and the development of persons with disabilities and children. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and a Postgraduate qualification in Development Management. Her expertise includes programme implementation, stakeholder engagement, community mobilization, and organizational development. Bharathi is committed to building inclusive, sustainable communities through effective programme management and collaborative partnerships.
Nadira Shaik

Nadira Shaikh has been serving as the Office Administrator at Prashanti Foundation since January 2026. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and supports the Foundation's day-to-day administrative operations. Nadira enjoys working with persons with disabilities and values the opportunity to be part of their journey. She especially cherishes interacting with participants, sharing joyful moments with them, and joining them in dance during recreation time. She is grateful to be a part of the Prashanti Foundation family and is committed to contributing to an inclusive and supportive environment.

Saraswati Hegde has completed her SSLC education and has been working with Prashanti Foundation for the past 20 years as a PWD Welfare Staff member. She is one of the fist team member to the organisation. She enjoys working with persons with disabilities and is happy to support and encourage them. Through her dedicated service, Saraswati continues to support and empower persons with disabilities with care and commitment.

Madhav has been working with Prashanti Foundation for the past 12 years. He completed his SSLC and has complete hearing and speech impairment. He is a highly skilled and dedicated member of the Occupational Rehabilitation Programme. Madhav specializes in cardboard designing and pattern making, a key activity that supports the Foundation's production of eco-friendly products. His precision, consistency, and commitment have made him an invaluable member of the team. His journey reflects how a supportive environment enables persons with disabilities to contribute meaningfully and with dignity.

Suma U. Bhatkalkar holds a B.Com degree and has 20 years of experience. in Prashanti Foundation. She manages pen raw material distribution to outsourced workers, collects finished pens, and is skilled in cardboard bending work. She also enjoys singing with persons with disabilities. She is dedicated to her work and finds great satisfaction in her contribution.

Malati D. Madival completed her 7th standard and working Since 2020 in the Organisation. She is skilled in banana fiber peeling, cutting fiber strips to size, and neatly sticking banana fiber onto cardboard.
